The property features a large fenced yard for secure outdoor play, an indoor training facility for year-round training sessions, and a custom-built obstacle course designed to build confidence and skills. To ensure peace of mind, the entire facility is equipped with AC/Heating systems, grooming amenities, and a full camera monitoring system allowing for close supervision and safety at all times. Together, these resources create an ideal environment where dogs thrive in both learning and everyday living.
Canine Karma Training - Woodbridge/Dumfries, VA
Our Woodbridge/Dumfries location is run by Head Trainer Gaby Bautista, who provides a realistic in-home Board and Train experience right from her residence. Dogs live as part of the household under her close care and supervision, giving them the structure, comfort, and attention they need to thrive. Our Central Texas location is led by trainer Sierra Elsmore, who runs her training program from her spacious home and property. With plenty of room for dogs to learn, play, and grow in a comfortable, structured environment, Sierra provides close care and personalized training. In addition to Board and Trains, she also offers private lessons, giving owners hands-on guidance to continue success at home. Her setting offers the perfect balance of home-style living and professional instruction, helping dogs gain the skills and confidence they need for everyday life.

Our Asbury Park, NJ location is led by trainer Tatyana Sulis, who offers a unique in-home Board and Train experience from her residence on Main Street in the heart of town. This central location provides dogs with invaluable exposure to people, children, other dogs, and the everyday bustle of shops and city life. Under Tatyana’s close care and professional guidance, dogs benefit from both a structured home environment and real-world training opportunities that prepare them for confident, well-mannered living. In addition to Board and Trains, Tatyana also offers private lessons—either in clients’ homes or in more populated town areas—giving dogs even greater opportunities for socialization and real-world training.
